⦿ The Minuteman Home Protection Plan is available for residential use only, with a limit of one membership per residence. Members have the option of either Monthly or Annual Auto-Renewal payments. By enrolling in the Home Protection Plan, you authorize Minuteman to automatically charge your provided credit card or bank account based on your selected billing frequency (monthly or annual), and charges will continue until the membership is canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below.
⦿ The Minuteman Home Protection Plan is available with either monthly or annual auto-renewal payments. Membership benefits include two (2) maintenance visits per 12-month period. Exclusive discounts and priority service are included. A minimum commitment of 12 months is required. Membership may be transferred to another home within our service area if you relocate. If the membership is canceled, any maintenance visits completed within the current 12-month period must be paid in full. Price adjustments may apply if your equipment differs from the original quote. For annual auto-renew plans, renewal notices are emailed approximately 30 days prior to payment processing. Cancellations require at least 30 days' notice before the next billing or renewal date.
