  • Estimates are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding contract.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work identified during service.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve work orders before service begins.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that technicians have safe and full access to the work area, including mechanical rooms, basements, crawlspaces, or attics if applicable.
  • Keep pets and occupants clear of the work zone for safety.
  • Disclose known issues or potential hazards that could impact service.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or future failures.
